Recurring Siri suggestion for deleted Note on iPhone 12 mini

Every day once a day Siri notify me a note I deleted, as a Siri suggestion. I search on iCloud but all is synced and the note don’t appear anywhere anymore, except Siri…when I click on the note I am on an empty note like when man wants to write a new note…and this note is already deleted from the deleted notes…anyone has an explanation on how to not see this notification anymore, but without turning off Siri suggestion for notes?
