Bought an Iphone 15 pro from ebay, all looks great. Go to switch it on and it asks for a 6 digit password after it had been reset. Tried to hard reset, get the cable and logo image on the phone to connect, it links to apple devices web app and shows the phone, but when I click the restore phone button it does not respond.
Any ideas before I send back
Return the phone. If you still want it, ask the seller to follow these instructions......which they did not do before......then ship the phone back to you:

Return it and get your money back.
Also was given the original password to unluck and does not work either. The seller said to return to save any hassle.
