Walkie Talkie like sound from my iPhone 11

for like a month after having moved my bed I started hearing a weird noise and it sounded like the little beeps you would hear from a walkie talkie and every time I heard it I feared that there was a camera in my room but I just now heard it coming from my phone and I was wondering what it might be cause I don’t have any walkie talkie apps and when I looked it up it said it might be FaceTime but I’ve only used facetime like 4 times and it’s been months since

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
