Strange Voices Emitting From My Wife’s iPhone 11 while being charged

My wife and I noticed voices coming from her iPhone 11 while it was being charged. The voices were very garbled but very distinct. You could definitely tell that there were two people talking. You also hear children in the background.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what is causing this problem and what is the fix?

Both, my wife’s and my iPhone 14 have been updated to IOS 18.2.
