IPhone 7 Plus not even letting me use after leaving my house

My iPhone 7 Plus should let me use it for a map or be able to look up address but it stops everything once I leave my driveway

Do you have a cellular plan activated on your iPhone? Have you enabled cellular data usage for the apps?
