iCloud Photos recent changes

Just as an FYI to others who feel the same way, I just submitted the following feedback to Apple.

Trying to understand recent changes made to photos layout. Frankly I am not seeing what we the user have gained. I don’t see a significant enhancement. As far as I can tell you’ve just moved things around and it’s not as easy as it was to navigate. And you still haven’t made it possible for us to display our shared albums in alphabetical order. Which, if you were to canvass users, you would find is the preferred not to mention most logical display.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18

If I might, can I offer you some feedback on your feedbacks it were. The best feedback has concrete examples of what's wrong, or what's right. So

are general comments. If you can give examples of how the older way was easier to navigate, or how the newer version id more difficult, then the person reading it has something to work with - whether they accept It or not. This is a perfect example of concrete feedback:

And you still haven’t made it possible for us to display our shared albums in alphabetical order.

Which is basically a feature request and is clear and concise. However,

Which, if you were to canvass users, you would find is the preferred not to mention most logical display.

begs the question: how would you know what other users prefer? Unless you can point to specific evidence it's best to talk about your experience, and not assume others share your views.
