How to unblock my Cash App account?

i blocked cashapp from apple some how…apple tries ta take the money off still..even when my card is unlocked doesnt get it cause its blocked..i contacted cashapp support already they told my what to do..i did just that but cashapp didn’t block apple..apple blocked cashapp..🤨 so how would i unblock cashapp from apple?
