iPhone 8 will not turn on, unless plugged in to power

So I have this iPhone 8 that only turn on when plugged in but it turn on to show the apple logo then turn off an turn on again to do the same, but the thing is when I connect it to my computer whatever I do I doesn’t turn on and the computer does not recognize it so I can’t restore it via iTunes
