older iPhone won't play or transfer videos

on my old iphone I have several videos that wont play, when you try to play them an exclamation sign comes up...help!

update 18.1.1 cant veiw old videos I purchased a new iPhone 13 in March of 24. Only 53 GB used of 256 GB. After updating my phone to the 18.1.1 update, I can no longer view any videos I took before the update. The thumbnail of the videos appear but when I tap to play them the screen goes blank and there is no sound. However, the play bar appears to she the video is playing. I can take new videos with no issue but I would like to be able to see my old memories. I’ve worked with the photo settings but nothing has fixed this problem. Anyone else experiencing this? And what else could I try to fix this bug.

Can’t play iPhone videos on computer Up until this past weekend, I was able to play videos copied to my computer from my iPhone with no issues; now the media player attempts to open them; I can hear them but no image besides a musical note

Iphone video no picture with sound I just upgraded to Iphone 16 pro max, I'm on IOS 18.1. I make a lot of videos on my phone, I also sometimes save the ones it makes (memory videos) and I am having trouble downloading them with my new phone. I watch the videos on the phone I have pictures and sound, but when I download them and try to play them all I get is sound. They are saved on my phone and work fine there. I changed the settings to most compatible. I have unmuted them, I have tried different cords. I don't know how to get the complete version of these videos off my phone. Any suggestions? PS all photos visuals are mine, no screen caps or copyrighted stuff. PPS I am downloading to Windows (which I have done successfully for years)

A. Clear Space Using my User Tips:

B. Toggle OFF Power Saving Mode:

Go to: Settings
Tap: Battery
Toggle Off: Power Saving Mode
