iPhone 14 Max Pro showing error 'Could Not activate cellular data network' after iOS 18.2 update

After Upgrade to IOS 18:2 (22C152) my iPhone 14 Max Pro got the issue "Could Not activate cellular data network", I've tried turning Cellular On & off, checked the airplane mode, restarted the Phone, but still got an error, so I have to always connected to Wifi, What should I Do ?
