What does QVC 2-year protection plan cover for iPad
If I purchase a IPad from QVC and get a 2-year protection plan, will I still be able to go to Apple support for support?

You will need to check your QVC documentation for details of their own "protection plan".
As for Apple, your iPad will have benefit of Apple's own one-year limited warranty - and, more generally, free access to telephone and in-store support for at least 90-days. Otherwise, free support is available from the Genius Bar at Apple Stores. Out-of-warranty repairs, if required, are a chargeable service.
