Norton on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac is garbage. Get rid of it. It will do nothing but cause you problems.

Try deleting the app and not reinstalling it. It’s garbage.

Same here. It just started doing that for a few days. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, restarting the phone. So far nothing has worked to fix it. Does anyone know how? Thanks.
