Please re-add the SIM of the linked Verizon account to continue using the Call Filter app.

When I open the Call Filter app on my iPad I receive the following message:

Verizon account not found. Please re-add the SIM of the linked Verizon account to continue using the Call Filter app.

iPad, iPadOS 18
