iCloud synchronization fail on Windows System

iCloud synchronization fails on Windows 11 and Windows 10 laptops, showing 'Signing in' or 'Initializing.' However, it was working fine two weeks ago. Even after reinstalling Windows three days ago, with a clean and fresh operating system, iCloud was still not syncing properly. (I use iPhone, iPad Air 3, iPad Pro 12.9 4th Gen, 2 MacBook Pros, and 3 Windows laptops, all of which are set to sync with iCloud.)"

icloud sync pending for months Hello, My mac's synchronisation to icloud doesn't work. It has been pending for the past weeks, or even months. The notification says "sending" and "downloading" but it doesn't load any further. I've already updated the OS to Monterey 12.7 (the most recent OS I suppose I can get on a 2015 Mac and I've deleted much stuff to get more storage. iCloud not syncing on my iMac Hello. I am using a 2017 iMac with the latest macOS. Since upgrading to iCloud+, iCloud is not properly syncing on my iMac. The syncing is OK on my iPhone and iPad. I have particular issues with Notes, Calendars, and Reminders. I have followed all the basic steps suggested by Apple Support to no avail.
