Am not sure what you want to do ? Eg: If you don't want to hear each character you type spoken:

try turning off, or changing the setting for typing feedback:

ie: go to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Typing Feedback.

make sure you turn off "character by character" ... see if you want any of the other settings ...

(or see if you can turn off "Typing feedback" altogether if preferred.)
