If you're syncing Photos, they are not part of your iCloud backup. Mail is also not part of an iCloud backup.

Can you tell me how I can remove emails from iCloud storage as well as I like to know if that backup is the same as everything shown below it? Looks like everything has been duplicate in the storage? Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

It tells you how much space you have consumed in iCloud.
