Deleting iCloud images and messages
I accidentally deleted text messages. When I went to recover from the message page, I guess I permanently deleted them. Am I able to recover them.

No. If you use messages in iCloud any action that you do on any device reflects everywhere.
you can check your recently deleted folder to see if anything may be recoverable. Open messages, tap edit, then show recently deleted.
