I downloaded the free trial for screensaver it does not work as intended and I need to cancel that subscription and the 6.99 charge for some kind of add on

If the app has already made a charge you can't cancel that but you can try to get a refund. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
