Since the recent iPhone update. My husband’s name and picture merged with my 9 years sons . How do I undo this?

how do I factory reset family sharing app? Or if not possible, can I Get rid of all the app and all current settings configuration , and start over??

This is likely because the two of you share an Apple Account, which you should not be doing. Apple Accounts store your personal information, photos, texts, and more, and are not meant for sharing. Family Sharing only works when you have different Apple Accounts.
