Logitech Circle View Camera works in preview mode but not full view mode

Logitech Circle view OTQ8 connected to home WiFi (HomePod mini is the hub). I works fine, blue light indicating on and in the Home preview screen it is visible and updating (screen shot) (the other two cameras in the image are Nest which connect via a Starling Hub but which I disconnected. for this test to be sure it wasn't the issue). BUT if I click on the image from the camera to take me to "full screen view" the camera immediately disconnects and shows the red light... this is true from my Mac, iPhone and iPad. Based on other threads re this camera I've tried moving the camera both nearer and further from the hub/router/mesh repeater with no effect

Any one have any suggestions?
