Using an Anker 60W 10-Port USB 3.0 Data Hub with M4 Mac Mini

Hi, I’m getting an M4 MacMini with 24gb of Ram and 512gb SSD in the new year. This will replace my 2015 MBP. I plan to get an external SSD for my working files and current projects, but use HDD’s for bulk storage and Time Machine backups. On my MBP I have all my USB A drives and devices connected via an Anker 60W 10-Port USB 3.0 Data Hub. I’ve had it for several years and had no problems. I want to use it with my M4 Mini, connected via a suitable adaptor to one of the TB4 ports. Is it likely to work ok? I know the data transfer speeds will be slow, but it’s not an issue for backups and storage. I just wanted to check that I won’t damage the mini by using an old hub. Thanks in advance.
