MacBook Air M3. unrequired reboot

1-working on battery, needed charging, plugged charger in, closed lid.

2-Charging done , charger lit green.

3-Computer has been rebooted while sleepin and being charge.d.

4-all open tabs are gone

this happening 3-4 times /week


computer brand new ,has been in use 2 months no hardware fault ? Any idea guys ???

Kernel Panic:

This restart is sometimes started because of a kernel panic. This occurs due to faulty software, or damaged hardware that was connected to your device. So, look at the installed software, and consider reinstalling these items. If there was any hardware connected to it, then it may have overheated.

Troubleshooting Mac Power:

Refer to the following...


A. Black Mac Screen:

Go Here: If your Mac doesn't Turn On or Start Up - Apple Support

Using External Devices: Try Resetting the SMC and NVRAM, but this time, using an external keyboard. Connect an external monitor and see if you get an output.


B. Mac Power Issues:

Try a New Charger:

If it is currently charging from a charger, then use a new charger:
