How can I fix the liquid detection issue in iPhone?

I bought a used I phone that worked great until today when the liquid detector screen came on when I tried making a appointment with Apple the serial number came up as being replaced


so

a how can I fix the liquid detection issue?

b am I screwed that Apple won’t even look at a replaced phone if I bring it in to be fixed?

Where did you buy the phone? Did you busy it used, refurbished? Thats where the matter lies. Apple will never "switch" your phone without your knowledge, and it will usually happen if it is an in warranty repair. You will be told it has been replaced.


You will have to go to an Apple Store to find out if they will service the phone. If it is out of warranty you will have to pay for the repair.
