Why are API calls failing in Safari 18.1?

I am getting issue on some of my client's website in Safari 18.1 or Mac OS 18.1 only. The issue is about to some of the API calls not able to parse the data on first page load in tab. After hitting the Refresh button all the things works perfectly. I tried with adding a cache to my graphQL query but it not worked. Please find the attached screen shot of the errors which I got while loading the site in Safari 18.1. Everywhere else it's working fine also it worked fine with the IOS 18.2

Please suggest me how can I fix this issue ?

I can find nothing wrong with that website on iOS 18.2 either, and surmise that it may be a bug in the most recent Safari release for the Mac (18.1.1).

At least one earlier Safari version does not have any trouble with that website either.

I was going to suggest loading that website in a non-private window but that made no difference for me.

Given that site renders properly in iOS 18.2 I suggest doing nothing about it for now. It's probably nothing you can fix anyway. macOS Safari tends to follow its iOS equivalent, and Safari 18.2 for the Mac ought to be released soon.
