Found it. Go to Settings > General > About. Locate the Model Number, tap on the Model number. It will toggle to the number of your model. Once you’ve located the model number, go to Apple “identify the iPhone model” and scroll through the page to locate your model number. Below the Details section is a link to the tech specifications for that iPhone model. The chip is identified in the section “Chip”.

You can also just use the Model Name in the About section and the information is on Apple's website. Each model name can only have one chipset as there is not an option to use a different one. No need to look by the Model number. For example, all iPhone 16's and iPhone 16+ models will have the A18 chip and all 16 Pro models will have the A18 Pro chip.
