3x zoom is blury on my iphone 13 pro

My iPhone 3x zoom one day just suddenly started to be blurry when I went from like 2.9x to 3x or further the picture gets blurry for no reason and when I get closer to the object it just works but the further away I get the more blurry it is. Some time when I just open the camera and start shooting on 3x it works just fine but most of the times it doesn't.

So is this a hardware problem and my phone needs to be checked (I checked all lenses all clear and good) or it's just a software problem and my best next option is to recover my device (I rest all device setting and disabled macro mode but no fix)
