When I copy form screenshot in picture and when I paste khmer language it’s become Thai language pls fix it

Unable to change my iPhone language to Latvian When I try to change it to Latvian, it just skips it completely and uses the last used language instead and says Latvian on top [Re-Titled by Moderator]
