Why does my Apple Watch 10 show Km instead of Miles?

My AW 6 has no issue with unit but new AW 10 show Km when I check step. I made sure that everything is set in mile( unit of measure, workout, iphone etc.

everything). No matter what I did, it shows Km but Health App in Iphone will show mile. Any advice please?

Fitness App not recording partial miles from Apple Watch I have an Apple Watch Series 6 running the latest software, watch iOS 9. About a week ago it stopped displaying partial mile information on runs. For example, I run 3.5mi but it will only give me data (pace, heart rate, total time, cadence, etc) for 3 miles. Apple watch recording in mi but all settings are km I have checked all of my settings for the watch in all of the apps that record my movement and they are all set it to kilometers. My phone is the same all settings are in kilometers. Movement with my phone records in kilometers. Movement in my watch records in the Health app as miles. Please don’t copy and paste the same message that I’ve read 100 times on inquiries because all of the settings are set in kilometres on both devices. For January 2 it also seems off. Because I did not start working out until 20 after six. So somehow I have an imaginary workout of 5.1 miles before I got out of bed The KM on Jan 2 is me walking with my phone to my treadmill Everything else is on the watch Not sure why it does not have a watch icon beside it

How can I change my activity to miles on my Apple Watch? I’ve looked at all the help and check my units settings etc but my activity on my watch series 9 shows km and my phone is miles. I want miles on my watch. According to all the help, my watch is set correctly via the watch app and the health app. Any help would be great. It’s a pain to look at how far I e walked and it be km [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If the settings for Region/Country are also correct, you should also let Apple know directly about this issue by using the Feedback link.
