How can I clip a .jpg out of a video?
I have a video in Photos. I have paused the video on a spot I like. How do I make that spot of the video into a .jpg?

I don't do much video, but I was playing around, and it seems that when you get the movie to the frame you like, you can choose File>Export>Export Frame to Pictures.
I got a TIFF file in the Pictures folder. If you really want a jpg (way smaller file,) then you can right-click the tiff file and choose Quick Actions>Convert Image. You get a second version of the picture in your chosen format. You can toss the tiff.

From Photos you would need to take a screenshot.
