Which USB-C adapter support dual external monitor?

I use a 14 inch MacBook Pro M3 Pro. I have 2 monitors: 2K 144Hz, Full HD 60Hz. I want to connect those monitors to my MacBook, but I don't know which adapter supports dual display. Can y'all recommend which adapter should I buy

MacBook Pro (14-inch, M3 Pro or M3 Max, Nov 2023) - Tech Specs - Apple Support

A 14" MacBook Pro with a M3 Pro chip can support

  • Up to two external displays with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz over Thunderbolt, or
  • One external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz over Thunderbolt [plus] one external display with up to 4K resolution at 144Hz over HDMI

Both of your monitors have resolutions that are well within your MBP's limits. If you want 144 Hz on the 2K 144 Hz monitor, you may need to plug it in directly to the HDMI port on your MBP. I would hope that that monitor would be willing to support a 60 Hz refresh rate if you plugged it into a port that only supported 60 Hz.

Here are some options:

  1. Connect one monitor via HDMI and one via USB-C.
  2. Connect monitors via separate USB-C ports.
  3. Connect both monitors to a Thunderbolt hub or dock (that supports two monitors), and plug the Thunderbolt hub or dock into your Mac. Note: the hub or dock has to be a Thunderbolt one, not just a plain USB-C one. Macs do not support DisplayPort MST daisy-chaining, or connecting two displays to a plain USB-C hub or dock.
  4. Connect one monitor via a port on a plain USB-C hub or dock, and plug the other directly into your Mac.

On Amazon, you can get adapters and adapter cables that go from USB-C to just about anything: DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI, single-link DVI, dual-link DVI, even analog VGA. If you have a monitor with a USB-C (DP) input, make sure that any USB-C to USB-C cable you use with it is described as supporting video.
