Deleted Bumble app reappears in screenshot on iPhone 11

Please help me find out how this could happen, my girlfriend I’m in love with that I met on Bumble thinks im

lying. I deleted my account and the app from my iPhone 11 after I fell in love with her, I’m a very honest and loyal guy but I sent her a screenshot and bumble showed up in the top

left of my screen and the next screenshot I took it didn’t and she thinks I still have an account but I don’t. Is there a glitch or something that could cause this so I can show her im not lying? I’ve offered to let her go through my phone or check bumble herself or have a friend check to see im not on there, she has been hurt by lying and cheating men before so I understand her distrust but I really love her and need some technical explanation so she can not feel this way and know that I’m not lying
