My iPhone apps are opening without touching screen

How come on my 4 month old iPhone 15 are apps being accessed without me touching them?!?! They insist that nothing is wrong after remote access or running tests. I’ve reset my phone twice. I’m not doing that again and shouldn’t have to on a brand new phone. 🙄

I asked if they would let me return it since it’s newer and they won’t…. Am not impressed with this phone. I wish that I had not gotten it!!!!!
