iPhone 13 typing and opening apps without user interaction after update

Since the latest update, my phone, with screen shut down, will open apps, write paragraphs of nonsense, ask to delete or cancel services of apps that aren’t opened. It’s like it’s obsessed. Anyone else? Anyone? I have a 13 which I have not renamed…
