Unable accept "New iCloud Terms & Conditions” notification Mac

Hello everybody,

I continuosly get the "New iCloud Terms & Conditions" notification pop up (on the Mac) even if I already have many many times accepted the new conditions. I also have accepted the new conditions on my iPhone and my iPad already.

On the Mac, 99% of the times, when I accept the conditions, I get no feedback, the window disappears but the pop-up pops-up again. I noticed that sometimes after accepting a window pops up for a fraction of a second before disappearing and I had to filming it with the slo-mo on the iPhone to get it visible, but it says nothing useful to solve my problem: "Could Not Activate iCloud - iCloud could not be activated because of a server error. Please try again." I attach it here.

My situation is this one:

macos Sequoia 15.2

I understood that the problem could be because I have two different Apple IDs, one that I use for iCloud and another one for AppStore. My AppleStore account is one with @mac.com address, this is a setup I have before icloud has been even invented, and I don't like to change this setup with two Apple IDs to keep the history as it is.

So it seems to me that the pop up is about the new conditions related to the AppleStore Apple ID, even if I don't use it for iCloud, but this is my guessing.

I tried:

-> Logging in on iCloud with the "AppleStore" Apple ID on the iPad to accept the new conditions -> it seems like the new conditions are already been accepted since I get no notification, and everything works correctly, nonetheless on the Mac I still get the annoying pop-up.

-> Logging in on icloud with the "AppleStore" Apple ID on the web, I get no notification

I don't want to:

-> log-out from my iCloud Apple ID on my Mac, should be another way to do it

So I'm aking why Apple hasn't though to give the possibility to confirm the new terms and conditions on the web immediately after logging in the icloud account?

So, please, if someone with the "double Apple ID" has solved the issue, I'm listening.
