Magnetic Cases causing Pencil Pro to have latency issues on new iPads

I recently put a Zugu case on my M4 Pro. My Pro worked fine when drawing on procreate days before, and worked initially when the case was on. The next day though, suddenly the pencil had latency issues when drawing. Did some research, and apparently this is a common issue when having a magnetic case on the newer iPads. What seems to happen is that there’s no latency issues intially, but once the iPad rests-locked for a long duration of time, then the latency issue appears. The common solution is to remove the case which instantly solves the issue (I’ve even seen some say simply removing a corner of the case fixes it.) You can see how this would be an annoying solution as it would have to be done daily. Generally it seems like this magnet disruption occurs with any magnetic case. Now I’m confused as to whether or not this is something that can be fixed with software or if this is a physical issue with the devices. I know the newer iPads had a change in magnet placement, so could this be the issue? If so, are magnetic cases off the table for anyone who uses the newer iPads with the Pencil Pro and Procreate?
