Dear Apple Support Team,

I recently purchased a MacBook, and I would like to verify if its serial number is properly registered in your system. When I try to check the serial number on your website (Check Coverage), I receive the following message:

"Your search returned no matches."

Here is the serial number of my device:

Could you please check and confirm if this serial number is valid and registered in your system?

I want to ensure that my device is brand new and properly activated.

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple support or customer services representatives do not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share.

If Apple's coverage lookup doesn't return anything, your Mac may have been altered and is not actually new. I would suggest calling Apple Support for your country:
