I cannot download my FREE banking app to update my payment….

I had my card stolen, and need to get my banking app in order to deposit a check in my bank so my apple account has an “updated” form of payment. The irony that Apple’s policies have actually made it impossible to do the thing they require.

I’ve had an iphone since the second generation, and the gatekeeping is starting to make me question if i should jump ship to a different phone maker. It’s this kind of horse dung along with virtual sims that makes me actually not like Apple and I’m a huge fan of the ecosystem for devices. I actually think they are worth the high price, but today I’m doubting that. It seems that Apple really wants to cut out a LOT of customers and just cater to rich, white people.

What am I supposed to do to update my payment info if Apple’s gatekeeping is making it impossible to update my payment info?
