Siri not sending reminder emails on my iPhone 16

Me too. Iphone 16. I use voice (siri) to send myself emails throughout the day to remind me to do stuff when I get home/office. I’m a home health provider and I’m on the go all day. It “takes” the information and even prompts to send, but I am not receiving emails. I thought I was losing my mind! Glad/sad that it’s not just me. This just started recently even before last update.
