How do i cancel my canva premium and get my money back?

Confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then. If you don't see the option to cancel with the provided link, then the subscription was started on the Canva website and would also be cancelled there.

Cancelling a subscription just prevents it from being renewed again and you continue to have the service until the expiration date of the subscription. I don't know of any subscription that refunds you after cancelling for that reason.
