Hi. Is there any chance to get back the ol macOS design. The new one’s feel so lifeless and boring and I don’t have fun workin wit macOS no more. Maybe in further updates we’ll get the opportunity to customize it?

Unlike Linux distros where one can customize most everything via open source contributions, macOS is closed source based on UNIX and Apple's Finder with one design/build authority in Apple. So no, you cannot alter the underlying compiled build or visual design of macOS to look like Mavericks.
If you want to tweak the visual design of the operating system, then use one of the Linux distros where you can reinvent its look every day if that suits you. I have a Ubuntu 24.04.1 guest in Parallel's Desktop Pro that is running the Cinnamon Desktop Environment, a dark theme, and macOS Style window title bars.
