I feel chats in the community app to be shown Country Wise (if not atleast give options to filter Country Specific) It is right now Showing about Apple Card & Apple Pay which is not yet launched in our Country (India). Most shown things in a day is such ones which bores us.

There are community versions for a few different languages, not countries. Most issues found in one country will be the same worldwide. India is an exception when it comes to payment methods, but is it one of the few exceptions and can simply be addressed in the general English language community. You will find that the English language community has the largest number of contributors. If it were to be done by country alone, some communities would be very small and not see the benefit of others who speak that language but aren't seeing their posts.
You can view different forums that just deal with specific topics. For example the one to which you posted is for Apple Account questions. Mind you, people like yourself frequently post to the wrong forum and we end up with a jumble of questions that do not really belong there. Then we have to ask their posts be relocated to one more appropriate for their question. Yours should have been posted to the Using Apple Community forum. ;-) I'll ask for it to be moved there.
