I can use a brand new Apple cable, and the phone will not charge. One day it would, the next it wouldn't. However I can use non-Apple cables and the phone will charge.
I have cleaned out the charging port. Turned it off and on. Etc.
Anyone else have this problem before and find a resolution?

The charging port in your iPhone may worn out. You need to change it.
I had the same issue once. After replacing the charging port, it's good. So check with Apple's service.
Check the charging port and clear any debris.
