Audio sync issues only when using AppleTV+ (not other streaming channels)

anybody solve this?

“I have the latest 4K apple TV connected to a Samsung “the Frame” and accompanying soundbar. The audio is out of sync only when watching the Apple TV+ shows, not the other services (e.g. netflix). When using the Apple TV+ app on the TV itself, things are fine, but I’d rather use the apple TV interface for everything and not have to switch back and forth.”
