EU Digital Services Act privacy issue

I published a book on Apple Books a little over 10 years ago and it seems that if I want to continue selling it, I have to have my personal home address and phone number displayed on my book's detail page in the EU.

I am a one-person team. That is, a self-published author. While I can use a burner phone number, I really don't want my home address published. And the compliance form won't let me change my postal address. This is understandable as I assuming it's tied to my tax info.

I know and appreciate that the EU is all about privacy and protecting consumers, but this means I have to dox myself.

It seems the only alternative I have is to stop doing business in the EU (and my previous EU customers lose their copies on their devices with no refund as a result) or set up some other tax entity (does Canada even have an LLC?) just for one book. Any suggestions?
