2FA making Apple Mail unusable

It's not clear to me why you need to use 2FA to access your email. On Apple devices, you rarely need to use 2FA once you've signed in. The notable exception is logging into iCloud.com. If you haven't logged in for a while or you cleared cookies or you're using a new computer or browser, you'll need to authenticate. But, if you're using a Mac, why not just use the included Mail app? You won't need to authenticate.

Either something is wrong with your setup or you're leaving out some important details.

While I assume that Apple is concerned with protecting the data that are responsible for (and they are responsible for it if you store it on their servers), I don't know if that's the only reason. You'd need to discuss the matter with Apple, but they don't participate in this user-to-user forum.

Yes 2FA account can again be reverted to secondary authentication before 14 days , there is a method to do it , however not after 14 days send a feedback Product Feedback - Apple

We do keep the iCloud app running on our work machines. Even logged into iCloud app, we are subject to 2FA to get access to email. A 3rd login is required, same user, to access this Community. Who codes like this?

"iCloud" is not an app; it's a website. If you clear cookies, you'll need to log in again.

If this is such a big problem, why not use an actual email app? You don't need to use icloud.com to get your email.

Why would account be erased from the server , in case if necessary do it , if you open a new Apple ID account it will be active as secondary authentication account ( in which three answers for respective questions , date of birth , rescue mail address is added ) , its the choice of the account holder to activate as 2FA , after two weeks the account is permanent , suppose you revert the account before two weeks its unstable account .

Using a Mac cookies are not deleted by its own if you shut down Mac , even you enable private browsing permanently , the account has to be signed in again using credentials .

It has nothing to do with cookies , applicable for secondary authentication account , 2FA accounts .
