Jet2 App not working on iPhone

I recently updated to iOS 18.2, and tried to login to my Jet2 App on my iPhone, every time I tried the screen froze, eventually I deleted the app and reinstalled it. That worked slightly better however when I go to look at a booking I get a message saying oops something went wrong. I don't have the Express VPN enabled and I'm wondering if it's something to do with the update? Although I hadn't tried to login before I update it so the problem may have been there before. Any advice are there?

The Jet2 app was updated 4 days ago for some bug fixes, so make sure you have the most recent version. The oops something went wrong message is one that would be sent to you from their server as it is not an iOS message. That combined with the login trouble you also had would indicate a problem on their end. In most cases server outages are resolved quickly, but if you continue to experience the issue, I would recommend contacting them directly.
