Is there any way to move W10 Apple Music Playlists to Apple Music on W11?

On Windows 10, I successfully upgraded from iTunes to Apple Music, with my Playlists intact, without being a paid Apple Music subscriber. However, when upgrading to a Windows 11 computer, while my music files survived, I have not been able to re-load my iTunes/Apple Music Playlists despite trying the Playlist export/import routines, different formats (.txt and .XML) and paid 3rd party conversions, unless I have a paid subscription to Apple Music. Is there a process where I can import my Playlists into Apple Music on W11 without a paid subscription?
