Import films from Canon powershot V10

Hello, my daughter is trying to import films from her Canon powershot V10 camera and got following error message. Anyone ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks

iPhone video cannot be imported to Photos Library on Mac - Unknown error I have taken a video on my iPhone 13 (latest OS) , submitted via airdrop to my MacBook Pro (Latest OS) and tried to import into a photos library on the Mac by using: import function of Photos Drag and drop from Finder Both do not work as the file is apparently in an unknown format or empty (I can play the video on the Mac) and it is an unknown error. This particular video is long and big (30 Mins, 3,x GB) but it also happens with smaller videos while others taken during the same holiday work and can be imported. Happy for any lead. Thanks !

photos is unable to export pictures modified with "Clean Up" Trying to do the export always returns with an 'unknown error (3)'. This happens even after having repaired the library. The export of the originals works. Also pictures edited without "Clean Up" are exported.

Video: iPhone->Photos->QuickTime Player-> unable to save or export I took some video clips with my iPhone, then opened and edited them in Apple Photos on my MacBook Pro, then did Image:Edit With:QuickTime Player. The clip opened in QuickTime Player and when I tried to export it at 420p I got this error message: In photos the file shows "HDR" in a little box in the corner and the file information shows it as a .mov file and also shows "HEVC", which I surmise is the video equivalent of the HEIC file type: What is going on with this and how can I save this file in the .mp4 format at 420p?

Swedish:The action could not be completed. (com.apple.ImageCapture error -9934.) (-9934).

An error occurred during import. Item "MVI_0377.MP4" was not imported.

Video files are notoriously prolematic-- their formats are not always the same, even when they have the same file extension, like .MP4. Try opening the files in another app, maybe Preview or Handbrake or VLC, and converting them to .mov. That isn't universal, either. but the conversion may help.
