Purchased Blood, Sweat, & Tears Greatest hits on iphone. It does not dowload to a PC or ipad. When I check for files to download on PC, none are listed. When I look at it on Itunes it shows purchased but the songs are greyed out.

There is a occasional bug where new purchases are marked as hidden in the store even though they might download to the device on which the purchase was made. Unhidden purchases will show as Play in the store. Hidden purchases show with Purchased, everything shows the price. See Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support. Once you unhide the album the tracks should show up to stream or download on your computer and iPad.

I followed these directions on a PC and the songs from the album do not show up as hidden.
