Can’t access my photo folders on my iphone14+?

In Photos, pictures from the Library can be in Albums, and albums can be in Folders. I'm not sure which you mean.
In previous operating systems, there were buttons at the bottom to choose the Library or Albums; in iOS you choose which to view by scrolling up or down.
When you first open Photos, you see "Photos" at the top.
But "Albums" is near the bottom. By scrolling, you can see more albums. Tapping on "Albums" lets you see them all. My albums are inside Folders.
